Meet The Team
Rob Goodman
Rob is a spiritual director, educator and facilitator at Horizons. He discovered a passion and calling for wellness and wholeness while serving as an Army Officer within the United States Army Medical Command. He was a Master Resiliency Trainer, organizational development specialist and developed content for the Army Move to Health training program.
Rob received a Certificate in Spiritual Direction from Perkins Theological Seminary and a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary. He also serves as a priest at Holy Trinity Anglican Church.
Jennifer Goodman
Jennifer is an educator and the heart and vision for community at Horizons. She possesses a gift for hospitality and combines this with teaching and leadership experiences in a number of community and military volunteer organizations. She has trained as a Stephen Minister/Leader and Army Family Team Building Trainer/Master Trainer.

She currently serves as a part-time pre-kindergarten teacher and the founding executive director at Horizons.
Sandy Harrington
Sandy provides the structural and organizational backbone for Horizons. She holds a degree in accounting from Texas A&M. She brings to Horizons a wealth of experience in non-profit leadership from the animal rescue community as well as business expertise from her career managing hospitality operations and veterinary business operations for the military Non-Appropriated Fund activities.

She currently serves as the business operations manager for Horizons.
